Class Format

• In-person, design-focused instruction
• 1–4 day formats depending on location and goals
• Each day includes group demos, design critique, and individual feedback
• Optional add-ons: printed handouts, sample patterns, or studio time

What to Expect

Tamara’s teaching approach is:
• Highly visual and student-led
• Focused on helping students develop their own patterns and artistic voice
• Open to all levels, from adventurous beginners to experienced fiber artists
• Supportive and exploratory—rules are learned, then artfully broken

​Students should prepare to bring:
• Hooking frame and hook
• Wool strips and backing (materials list provided)
• Personal inspiration image (for portraits or landscapes)
• Any in-progress work they wish to get feedback on
